Buying a house in today’s hot market requires acting fast. So having the right person to make it all work quickly is critical. Amanda proved to be that right person.
Everything surrounding our purchase of a cooperative apartment was done remotely from touring the unit via FaceTime to closing. She obtained answers to our many questions about the cooperative bylaws, rules and finances. She sent us a layout and approximate dimensions of the apartment so we could plan our move. Even after closing Amanda connected with the seller to obtain some needed documents (appliance manuals and records of remodeling and repairs, etc.)
We are very pleased with the work Amanda did for us and recommend her with no reservations.
